Shop drawings:
Shop drawings are fabrication drawings that are
developed from the original architectural drawings
provided by the customer. They also serve as
installation/framing drawings to in insure that the
panels are installed per there designated location
in the structure. They are typically developed
utilizing not only the information from the
architectural drawings but also incorporating
information provided by the window and door
manufacture to insure proper opening sizes. They are
also developed in conjunction with structural draws
to determine structural load paths.

EPS (Foam Control®):
The EPS cores are treated with a borate during the
manufacturing process to protect against termites,
fungus and mold.
FrameGuard®:
Post production application that protects the wood
components and prevents mold, mildew and termite
infestation.

Plumb
cut material:
Dimensional material cut to fit bevel-cut panels.
Primarily for roof panels. Bevel material is also
required in some wall details.
Treated
Seal Plate:
Treated sole plate is located at the bottom of the
SIP walls when bearing on a concrete foundation. It
provides a layer of protection against any moisture
wicking from the concrete into the SIP wall
components.
